Returns

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase for credit ONLY. Once the product is opened, it may not be returned and the sale is final

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received. It must be unused and have no broken seals.

Items returned to us must first request a return authorization number to be accepted. To start a return, you must receive your own RAN number. All return are subject to a 25% restocking fee and forfeiture of any shipping costs. Contact THEORY before returning at info@theoryskincare.com or the return will not be accepted and will be lost.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs,  and 25% restocking fee, and forfeiture of the shipping charge already used.
