Domestic Orders

Most orders ship the same or the next day during regular business hours.

Business hours are as follows:

Monday – Closed

Tuesday-Thursday: 9 am – 3 pm (EST)

Friday: 9 am – 12 pm (EST)

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Holidays: Closed

*Shipping times are NOT guarenteed but simply estimates as holidays and USPS delays may effect delivery.

NOTE: Any lost packages will be replaced at our discretion. No refund will be issued.

International Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE READ OUR POLICY: 99% of our packages are delivered without issues. However, due to the risk of customs confiscating packages, we will not be liable for undelivered packages, lost packages, or packages seized by customs. This risk is solely yours and we will not issue refunds or replacements for items not received. Buy with caution and with this in mind. All international buyers are responsible for any and all taxes or fees.
We do our best to make our products available to other countries. Please understand our reluctance on international shipments or we will no longer continue to sell internationally. Please choose UPS for your shipping option to limit the risk of lost packages. 

NOTE: International packages ship via UPS unless UPS adds an extended location SUR  charge. This fee is typically exorbitant and unattainable, in which case those packages will ship USPS without guarantees.
